One of the thoughts that kept going through my mind while photographing in The Shetland Isles was 'why have I never seen images of this before?'.
If these scenes where anywhere else in Britain they would no doubt rank amongst the best, but as these isles are tucked 100 miles off the mainland they seem to have fallen off most people's maps.
This was to our advantage though, as we were able to camp in some beautiful locations completely undisturbed which gave me the time to capture these images
